The redesign of this seafront property including a expansive front and rear decking areas using Millboard products. Precisely installed to align with detailed garden design.
The property’s footprint was enhanced with the luxury addition of a dedicated sauna and shower area, creating a private retreat designed for year-round relaxation.
Significant architectural updates included the installation of structural steels to support a new balcony, finished with a sleek glass balustrade to ensure uninterrupted views and a modern silhouette.
To ground the design in its environment, the project features the creative use of reclaimed timber from sea groynes and sea defence walls, adding a rugged, storied texture that celebrates the local shoreline.
